The messaging that works for one client falls flat for another. Brand voice guidelines, audience profiles, competitive intelligence, and campaign history all need to be readily accessible when you sit down to write a pitch, draft a press release, or plan a campaign. This template brings all of that context into a single Claude Code workspace.
A Team of Specialized Agents
The template includes eleven specialized agents organized across four layers. At the strategy layer, a strategy-director handles high-level planning while a positioning-analyst works on market positioning and competitive messaging. The execution layer includes a content creator, social media manager, and campaign strategist. Media and PR work is handled by a media relations advisor and a media list builder. And the quality layer features a brand voice guardian, metrics analyst, audience researcher, and crisis communications advisor.
Context-Rich Workspace
The workspace is organized around a rich context directory that stores your brand identity, target audience profiles, competitive landscape analysis, strategic documents, and historical performance data. All outputs flow into organized directories for strategy documents, campaign materials, blog content, social media posts, press materials, performance reports, and client-ready PDFs.
The /initialize command sets up the workspace for a specific client or brand, and from there, the full suite of agents and commands is available for whatever the engagement requires. Whether you are developing a messaging framework, building a media list, drafting social content, or preparing a client report, the workspace keeps everything on-brand and strategically aligned.
For communications professionals who work across multiple clients, this template can be cloned per engagement, building up a reusable library of strategic approaches and content patterns.
